SurfaceFlow™ Irrigation System
SurfaceFlow™ irrigation system is designed for areas where runoff, water conservation and increased pending legislation are an issue. This patented system reduces water use by 25%-40%, and virtually eliminates water runoff.

SurfaceFlow™ systems can be designed to accommodate any topography, turf grass, and soil condition. Installation is easier than conventional irrigation systems.

	Step One: Trenching Trenches for SurfaceFlow™ are shallower than for sprayheads or rotors (6-8” versus 12”). The distance from the edges is about 6-12”. This will keep the heaviest water output away from the curb area. While SurfaceFlow™ may require extra trenches, the resulting irrigation system eliminates overspray on streets, sidewalks and buildings, thus eliminating hardscape damage and maintenance costs, all while using 40-50% less water.
	Step Two: Installation The SurfaceFlow™ System consists of two parts: pipes and emitters. The patented emitters snap easily onto the pre-punched pipe. The 20’ sections of pipe are then laid into the trenches and glued together. The labor intensive  and time consuming attachment of spray heads is eliminated.
	Step Three: Backfill Once the pipe and emitters are in position, the trenches are backfilled and compacted and the turf or seed preparation is applied.
	Step Four: Trimming The final step involves trimming the emitter tube just below the turf mow height.

How to specify

Please note the spacing of the emitters first followed by a dash and the emitter GPH flow.

Examples
1. Model SF36-ESA5 - indicates A 36" emitter spacing with  A 5 GPH emitter flow.
2. Model SF30-ESA3 - indicates A 30" emitter spacing with A 3 GPH emitter flow.
3. Model SF24-ESA5 - indicates A 24" emitter spacing with A 5 GPH emitter flow.
